Are you not satisfied with your order? We're very sorry to hear that and would love to hear what we can do to satisfy you.
You can return your order for up to 30 days and we will ensure that the purchase price is credited to your account within 1-5 working days of receiving the return.
Easy returns in 3 simple steps:
Step 1: Contact us at support@divine-interior.com to receive a return label.
Step 2: Send your order
Make sure you keep the Track & Trace code of the parcel. As the sender, you are responsible and we don't want any misunderstandings.
Step 3: Let us know it was returned with the T&T as proof and receive the purchase amount on your account
Once we have received the parcel, we will ensure that the purchase amount is back in your bank account within 1-5 working days.
Please note: Do not buy your own shipping labels from a carrier, these will not be reimbursed by us.
